The external architecture had such a nice look to it. I really liked the sea view from my room. The staff were helpful and friendly!
I booked a seaview room! I put the make up room sign on the door while I was out, but no one cleaned the room. I asked for an additional towel, but it arrived one hour later. After I requested it twice, the towel finally arrived.

the staff was friendly. the location is perfect. the beach front is beautiful.
my room's floor felt gritty. i dont think it was mopped. bird droppings were not removed around the pool. it was not properly cleaned.

dining options spacious room plentiful supply
The resort boasts multiple dining options with the spice market restaurant offering a variety of asian dishes. i enjoyed the spacious rooms and the plentiful supply of complimentary bottled water! the pools were a highlight. I never struggled to find a sun lounger.
i found the coffee served at breakfast was below standard. the selection of western breakfast items was also limited and not very appealing! this aspect needs attention to improve guest satisfaction.

The location is conveniently near the airport. nearby are shops and restaurants. I found the resort to be a good starting point for local exploration! it is quiet and peaceful.

The hotel features well-kept grounds and stretches along the shoreline, and it offers sea views. two swimming pools were available. I also saw a tennis court, though it needs resurfacing! ample open spaces are around the resort.

buggy service spice lounge
I adored the convenient buggy service. It effortlessly transported me around the resort! the breakfast at the spice lounge offered such variety, and i was particularly pleased to find baked beans, a little touch of home i really treasured.
the sink in our room seemed a bit blocked, it wasn't a major issue, but it was a slight inconvenience.

fantastic stay
many loungers friendly staff main town quiet pool
i loved the horizon pool it had many sun loungers the cascade pool was also great it was quieter i found the staff very friendly they always had a smile and a can do attitude the main town had bars and restaurants just down the beach that was very convenient.
i found that there were limited vegetarian options it was a slight drawback otherwise everything was superb.

staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay they greeted me with smiles and promptly addressed all my needs this made me feel very welcome and well taken care of i am super happy.

the hotel features a private beach near pantai cenang beach the resort is beautifully designed the location is convenient with easy access to water sports and walkable distance to many indian restaurants. i had a wonderful time.

the bungalows are spacious the bathroom is huge stylish and well maintained the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and offer a sea view reception ladies were very accommodating and helpful i found the entire experience great.
